Job summary

Anduril Industries in Costa Mesa, CA is seeking Electrical Engineers to join multiple teams, contributing across hardware systems from architectural definition to integration of mission-critical boards.

You will lead full-lifecycle PCB/CCA/PCBA design, validate complex hardware, craft test strategies, and collaborate with Mechanical, Software, Firmware, and Manufacturing teams to optimize for manufacturability and performance in demanding environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field and 5+ years of hardware design experience.
• Experience with ECAD tools for complex, high-layer-count boards.
• Strong understanding of high-speed digital, analog and mixed-signal design principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-lifecycle PCB/CCA/PCBA design from architecture to fabrication.
• Validate and debug complex systems with lab equipment.
• Develop test strategies and fixtures for hardware validation in harsh environments.
• Collaborate with Mechanical, Software, Firmware, and Manufacturing teams for system integration and DFM/DFT.
• Drive hardware innovation and process improvements across projects.
