Job summary

Anduril Industries is expanding its Hardware Platform organization and seeks Electrical Engineers to advance defense hardware across propulsion and weapons systems programs. You will design high-reliability PCBs, develop fuzing circuitry, and collaborate with vehicle teams to define interconnects and harnesses for integration within launch platforms.

You will apply deep expertise in Altium, power electronics, and system-level analysis to ensure performance in extreme vibration and temperature

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering or related field; 5+ years in defense or aerospace hardware development.
• Experience in propulsion or weapon systems hardware is a plus.
• Ability to work across multidisciplinary teams and strict standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle PCB design for defense hardware from requirements to bring-up and system integration.
• Design and optimize circuits including power electronics and motor/actuator drivers.
• Conduct worst-case analysis, thermal analysis, DFMEA, derating, and SI/PI analysis for reliability under extreme conditions.
• Execute board bring-ups and lead DVT, qualification, and flight-test activities.
• Develop system interconnect diagrams and wire harness definitions for vehicle integration.
