Job summary

Metric DCX is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead electrical design and development for mission-critical data center environments. The role involves collaboration with internal teams, clients, and contractors while ensuring project specifications are met.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering or Architectural Engineering, a PE certification, and at least 6 years of experience in electrical design. Competitive compensation and benefits package offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and/or Architectural Engineering required.
• Professional Engineer (PE) certification required.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in electrical design, project planning, and construction.
• Strong experience producing and managing design documentation.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineers and design teams on electrical design concepts.
• Review project documentation and technical specifications.
• Perform electrical distribution calculations and system analysis.
• Review and respond to RFIs from construction teams.
• Support data center electrical infrastructure projects from design through construction.
