Faith Technologies is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead design and engineering for complex construction projects. You will develop power distribution, lighting, and control systems, perform load calculations, and ensure NEC compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience designing electrical power distribution for construction projects.
• Ability to perform short-circuit, arc flash, and coordination studies.
• Proficient in NEC and code compliance and in preparing construction drawings and specs.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical power, lighting, and control system design for construction and design-build projects.
• Prepare and review calculations, drawings, and specifications to ensure code compliance and constructability.
• Coordinate with project managers, field teams, and clients to align designs with project scope, budget, and schedule.
• Perform site visits, field investigations, and resolve technical issues during construction.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers and designers, providing technical review and feedback.
• Support estimating, value engineering, and proposal development for new projects.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and company procedures in all engineering activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement innovative, energy-efficient solutions.
