You will mentor junior engineers, support estimating, review submittals, and provide field engineering support while promoting a safety-first, collaborative culture and continuous improvement mindset.

• Coordinate with project managers, field supervisors, and clients to support constructability and schedule.
• Review shop drawings, submittals, and RFIs and provide timely engineering responses.
• Support estimating and preconstruction with technical input and value engineering.
• Provide field engineering support and resolve design issues during construction.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers and designers.
• Drive safety, quality, and continuous improvement in all engineering deliverables.
