Job summary

Faith Technologies seeks a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead electrical design for commercial and industrial construction projects. You will develop power distribution, lighting, and control systems, perform load calculations, review codes, and coordinate with project teams and clients.

You will mentor junior engineers, support estimating, review submittals, and provide field engineering support while promoting a safety-first, collaborative culture and continuous improvement mindset.

Qualifications

• Lead electrical design for commercial and industrial construction projects.
• Perform load calculations, fault current, and coordination studies.
• Develop power distribution, lighting, and control system layouts and specifications.
• Ensure designs comply with NEC and applicable codes and standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, field supervisors, and clients to support constructability and schedule.
• Review shop drawings, submittals, and RFIs and provide timely engineering responses.
• Support estimating and preconstruction with technical input and value engineering.
• Provide field engineering support and resolve design issues during construction.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers and designers.
• Drive safety, quality, and continuous improvement in all engineering deliverables.
