Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of electrical engineers and designers across multiple projects.
• Develop and review electrical system designs, calculations, and construction documents.
• Ensure compliance with NEC, local codes, and company safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate closely with project managers, field crews, and clients to align scope, schedule, and budget.
• Troubleshoot complex electrical and constructability issues during design and construction.
• Implement and promote safety-first practices in all engineering and project activities.
• Drive continuous improvement in design standards, workflows, and use of design software and tools.
• Support estimating, value engineering, and design-build project development.
• Review and approve technical submittals, RFIs, and change documentation.
• Provide technical leadership on large, complex industrial, commercial, or energy projects.
