Job summary

Kimberly-Clark is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer for the Hand Towels unit to lead design, development, optimization and operation of TM4 processes. You will drive capital projects and embedded reliability engineering to ensure asset health and daily performance.

The role requires 7+ years in high-speed manufacturing, strong knowledge of ControlLogix, Allen‑Bradley and SAP/Experion, plus a focus on safety and quality. Based in Loudon Mill with travel up to 15%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 7 years of industrial experience in high‑speed manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development and optimization of manufacturing processes and supporting systems.
• Direct medium‑to‑large capital projects ($1MM–$30MM) from concept to startup.
• Apply LEAN methodologies to reduce defects and variability.
• Ensure safety, security and documentation across projects and assets.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship within the team.
