Job summary

Kimberly-Clark Corporation seeks a Lead Engineer Electrical to provide leadership across electrical systems in capital projects and technology deployment at North American facilities. You will guide design, deployment, and onsite support for electrical systems with hands-on participation and strong safety leadership.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering or related field with 3+ years of experience, plus the ability to travel and collaborate across teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree registered in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology is required.
  • 3+ years’ experience in an electrical engineering role with hands-on project exposure.
  • Strong analytical skills to collect and assess data for technical recommendations.
  • Proven ability to lead self or small teams to achieve objectives.
  • Evidence of continuing self‑development and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide functional leadership in design, development, and optimization of KC manufacturing equipment and processes.
  • Define and solve problems to achieve unit objectives while coordinating with technicians and external vendors.
  • Develop skills in engineering principles, analysis, and project management.
  • Demonstrate Environmental, Health and Safety leadership and address risks to people and processes.
  • Travel approximately 20% yearly depending on project assignments.
