Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from ABET-certified program.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• 10+ years of electrical design experience.
• Experience with AutoCAD and/or REVIT.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects to engineer and specify power, fire alarm, lighting, telecom, and security systems for diverse clients.
• Complete analyses of electrical distribution systems, load calculations, lighting photometrics, short-circuit/arc flash studies, and building specialty systems.
• Perform building code reviews and energy code compliance calculations.
• Conduct onsite surveys and construction observations.
• Lead/assist with qualifications and proposals.
• Potentially manage single and multi-discipline design teams.
