Collaborate as a Team:

  • Lead design and construction meetings with clarity, respect, and accountability.
  • Partner with Business Development to build lasting client relationships and support repeat work.
Mentor & Grow Others:
  • Support and mentor junior engineers and designers through guidance, feedback, and shared learning.
  • Conduct regular, objective check‑ins that support professional development and annual performance reviews.
Persevere Through Challenges:
  • Manage multiple projects while maintaining quality, schedules, and budgets.
  • Navigate complex design and construction challenges with confidence and optimism.
Deliver with Integrity:
  • Review submittals and shop drawings, respond to RFIs, and participate in construction administration.
  • Conduct site visits and field observations to ensure designs are implemented as intended.
  • Prepare and manage contracts, fee proposals, and negotiations responsibly and transparently.
WHAT WE OFFER
  • 10% signing bonus for direct hires.
  • Top‑tier salary with 100% employer‑paid medical coverage.
  • Relocation Assistance
  • Flexible scheduling that supports both professional success and personal well‑being.
Personal & Professional Growth:
  • Ongoing development opportunities, mentorship, and pathways for advancement.
A Supportive, Family‑Oriented Culture:
  • A workplace where your voice matters, your contributions are valued, and your growth is supported.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution
  • Active Professional Engineering (PE) license
  • Minimum 5 years as a licensed Professional Engineer
  • Ability to obtain Texas PE licensure
  • 10+ years of electrical design experience in municipal/aviation, education, healthcare, or commercial sectors
  • 7+ years of hands‑on MEP design experience
  • 3+ years of project management experience
  • 3+ years of direct supervisory experience over an MEP design team
