Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering, Licensed PE.
• 10+ years in electrical system design (Building Systems, Central Utility Plants).
• Experience in healthcare (preferred), government, commercial, manufacturing, education.
• Leadership and mentoring experience.
• Skilled in QA/QC, electrical calculations, specifications, Revit, BIM, Microsoft Office; Arc Flash a plus.

Duties

• Lead preparation and review of technical drawings, reports, and standards.
• Monitor industry trends and improve processes.
• Coordinate across teams and disciplines; conduct site visits and construction reviews.
• Handle RFIs, submittals, and project communications.
• Mentor junior staff and support business development efforts.
