CNG Engineering is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead HVAC and plumbing system design for public and institutional projects. This role provides the opportunity to develop system strategies, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and support high‑quality project delivery from early design through construction.

You’ll influence technical direction, mentor emerging engineers, and contribute to environments that prioritize performance, efficiency, and occupant comfort.

What You’ll Lead

• Serve as Engineer of Record for HVAC and plumbing systems
• Lead system design with a focus on performance, efficiency, and occupant comfort
• Coordinate with architects, MEP teams, and external partners
• Mentor junior engineers and designers
• Oversee project quality, schedules, and documentation
• Support construction administration and field coordination
