You will contribute to BMS development, electrical hardware, and testing for scalable energy storage solutions. The role requires hands‑on circuit debugging, PCB layout with Altium or Cadence, and collaboration with cross‑functional teams to ensure safety, reliability, and manufacturability across 12V to 1500V DC platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field.
• 5+ years experience, with 2+ years in battery technology and pack design.
• Experience with CAN, RS485 and external interfaces.
• Proficiency in reading schematics and diagnosing electronic assemblies.
• Soldering experience (through-hole and surface mount).
• Familiarity with Altium Designer preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain battery pack electrical systems and components to required specifications, focusing on economy, safety, reliability, quality, and sustainability.
• Electrical design and manufacturing support for battery systems from 12V–1500V DC.
• Supports electronic circuit life cycle and BMS design, development, and support.
• Collaborates with other disciplines within the engineering team on design and manufacture of new products.
• Participates in electrical/electronic hardware design reviews and validation.
• PCBA layout and design using Altium Designer or Cadence OrCAD.
• Performs FMEA of circuits and supports quality team in failure analysis of modules and packs.
• Provides technical support for electrical/electronic testing as assigned and maintains high engineering design standards.
