Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related engineering field.
• Minimum 3 years in test or manufacturing engineering.
• Experience with electrical test equipment and PCBA testing.
• Ability to read schematics and technical docs.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Support production testing of battery packs, subassemblies and components (EOL, functional, safety, performance).
• Troubleshoot test failures and equipment issues to minimize downtime.
• Develop and maintain test equipment, procedures, and acceptance criteria.
• Analyze test data to identify trends and implement corrective actions.
• Lead root cause investigations and drive CAPAs.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, and Product Engineering to meet requirements.
