This is an onsite role based in Melbourne, FL and requires collaboration across multiple teams to deliver integrated avionics solutions.

The position demands a STEM degree and 5+ years of experience (or an advanced degree with 3+ years).

Qualifications

• Experience in analog, digital, and RF circuit design.
• Strong troubleshooting, analysis, and test skills.
• Proficient with schematic capture and interpreting complex schematics.
• Familiarity with engineering tools and debugging environments.
• Ability to lead within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide design and engineering support for CNS sustainment products and new development.
• Design, analyze, and optimize analog, digital, and RF circuits for avionics.
• Collaborate across power, digital, mechanical, systems, and manufacturing teams.
• Perform schematic capture, PCB layout coordination, and design documentation.
• Support transition-to-production and provide hands-on troubleshooting for production.
• Contribute to design reviews and technical decision-making across the lifecycle.
