L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Sr Associate, Electrical Engineer to join the Missile Propulsion Electronics team in Canoga Park, CA. You will develop mixed analog and digital electronics and work with cross‑functional teams to move concepts from feasibility to production.

This early‑career role emphasizes strong communication, depth and breadth of engineering, and collaboration across electrical, mechanical, software, and test groups.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience (or 0–2 years with graduate degree).
• DoD/NASA engineering processes knowledge and high reliability industry exposure encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Perform proposals, feasibility studies, trade studies and proof of concept work.
• Perform detailed circuit analysis, simulation and Worst-Case Analysis.
• Create schematics and oversee circuit board layout.
• Bring up, verify, and debug circuits.
• Develop and execute test plans.
• Develop process improvements and mentoring for other engineers.
