Job summary

L3Harris Technologies in Canoga Park, CA is seeking a Lead Project Engineer to execute multi-phase programs, drive costs, schedule, and technical performance, and communicate with customers as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant Engineering experience.
• Graduate degree preferred with related engineering experience.
• In lieu of a degree, minimum 13 years of related engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple project phases and drive action to meet objectives.
• Communicate with customers and participate in customer sessions.
• Coordinate with engineering, operations, quality, and supply chain teams.
• Lead project plans, schedules, and risk management using EVMS approach.
