Qualifications

• 7+ years of industrial experience in electrical/operational roles in high-speed consumer product manufacturing.
• Willing to travel 15% domestically and 15% internationally.

• Lead design, development, and optimization of electrical assets and processes.
• Drive continuous improvement and reliability initiatives for asset performance.
• Lead asset-improvement projects from conception through commissioning and start-up.
