Job summary

Ralliant is seeking an Electrical Engineer III in Hollister, CA to join the Engineering team and tackle complex hardware production challenges. You will apply analog and digital circuit insights, Cadence simulations, and rigorous root-cause analyses to drive reliability and quality across programs.

You will prepare technical reports, support test equipment development, and contribute to design reviews and documentation while advancing IRAD initiatives and cost-reduction efforts.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Electrical Engineering; 10–15 years in production-related roles, aerospace/defense experience a plus.
• Experience with Cadence design suites including OrCAD Schematic Capture, PCB Editor, PSpice or equivalent tools.
• Ability to perform electrical stress analysis and reliability predictions on EE components.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve hardware production issues.
• Provide analog and digital circuit analysis using Cadence tools.
• Support failure investigations and perform rigorous root cause analysis.
• Prepare reports and presentations for production and development activities.
• Deliver technical failure analyses to customers and support testing of equipment and tooling.
• Assist with documentation, drawing preparation, design reviews, and IRAD activities.
