Job summary

Qualifications

• BS Degree in a technical engineering or quality-related field with 10+ years in quality-centric roles.
• Proficient knowledge of Quality Engineering principles and practices.
• Proficient knowledge of Lean operations and industry quality standards (AS9100D, ISO 9001:2015).

Responsibilities

• Lead the quality engineering team and develop career plans for staff.
• Serve as primary interface with customer on quality matters and resolve issues promptly.
• Develop onboarding standard work and procedures for quality staff.
• Act as SME for MRB and ensure proper staffing for timely MRB resolutions.
• Develop and drive KPIs for the quality/compliance organization and train staff on metric usage.
