Job summary
Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory's Engineering Division seeks an Associate Electrical Engineer or Electrical Engineer to join our team. This multi-level position will support or lead electrical infrastructure activities for the ALS-U project, including AC distribution, cable routing, and grounding for facilities and experiments.

Qualifications
- Design, install, integrate, test, and commission electrical systems.
- Develop and maintain electrical diagrams, layouts, and BOMs.
- Apply NEC requirements and LBNL/ALS/ALS-U standards.
- Lead electrical design activities for complex programs.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship.
Responsibilities
- Lead design and installation planning for AC distribution and grounding.
- Review technical documentation and coordinate with teams.
- Support contractor activities and field questions.
- Manage documentation and configuration-control.
- Lead testing, commissioning, and system integration.
