Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• 5-10 years of professional electrical engineering experience.
• Strong foundation in analog, digital, mixed-signal, and/or power electronics design.
• Experience developing electronic hardware from concept through testing and validation.
• Experience with circuit analysis, simulation, debugging, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with schematic capture, PCB development, and hardware integration.
• Familiarity with laboratory test equipment and hardware validation activities.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
• Demonstrated ownership mentality and ability to independently execute technical tasks.

We are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to support the design, development, testing, and qualification of advanced aerospace electronic systems. Working closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams, you will take ownership of complex hardware throughout the product lifecycle, from requirements definition and design through integration, testing, and qualification. Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with aerospace, defense, or other high-reliability electronic systems

• Experience with cryogenic electronics or cryocooler control systems
• Experience with sensor interfaces, imaging electronics, or signal processing systems
• Experience owning hardware through the full lifecycle from requirements through qualification
• Experience mentoring junior engineers and supporting technical development

Salary Range: $140,000 - $200,000, depending on experience, qualifications, and demonstrated capability.
