Job summary

Jobtailor in Colorado seeks an accomplished engineer to deliver electrical utilities for industrial facilities, overseeing supply strategy, dimensioning, and back-up considerations while ensuring on-time, on-budget project delivery.

You will work across all delivery phases from initial order through commissioning and after-service, with international involvement and frequent site presence. Travel up to 60% is required; strong communication and stakeholder engagement are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, preferably Electrical Engineering.
• 10+ years in a similar role with site installation, electrical design, and construction.
• Experience on large-scale projects and with multinational teams is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to relocate for project sites.
• Ability to travel nationally and internationally up to 60%.

Responsibilities

• Deliver electrical utilities to meet all building and process equipment demand.
• Define supply strategy, dimensioning, and back-up considerations.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to quality.
• Work across all delivery phases from order and concept study through installation, test and commissioning.
• Participate in large international greenfield factory projects.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for delivery of electrical utilities to ensure that all buildings, and all process equipment demand for utilities are fulfilled.
• Supply strategy, dimensioning and back-up considerations.
• Projects delivered on time, budget and quality.
• Working with all phases of delivery projects, from initial order and concept study through specification and design to installation, test, commissioning and after-service.
• Participation in large international green field factory projects.
• Key provider of design solutions.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, with preference for Electrical Engineering
• 10+ years working in a similar position with site installation, electrical design, construction, design specifications of industrial facilities
• Project execution record in large scale projects, preferred
• Experience working with multinational teams and stakeholders, a plus
• Strong communication skills
• Extended periods of presence at project sites are required, like temporary relocation
• Ability to travel both nationally and internationally 60% of the time.
