Job summary

Aspire Talent Solutions is assisting an employee-owned architecture and engineering firm in recruiting a mid-level Electrical Engineer to design electrical systems for labs, schools, universities, and commercial buildings from early design through construction.

The role can be based in Cambridge, MA with a hybrid schedule, enabling close collaboration with architects and other engineers while coordinating with utilities and contractors and contributing to construction administration.

Qualifications

• Degree in electrical engineering
• 5+ years of building electrical design experience
• PE preferred, not required
• Knowledge of building and electrical codes
• Experience with Revit

About our client

Our client is an employee-owned architecture and engineering firm. Their architects, interior designers, civil engineers, and building systems engineers work in the same firm and on the same project teams. Their work covers higher education, K-12, life sciences, technology, government, and workplace projects. They are adding a mid-level electrical engineer to their engineering group.

The role

The Electrical Engineer handles the electrical design on labs, schools and universities, and commercial and institutional buildings, from early design through construction.

The position can be based in the firm's Cambridge, MA, Providence, RI, or Manchester, NH office, with a hybrid schedule.
