Job summary

CEG Solutions LLC is seeking a Senior Electrical Energy Engineer to lead electrical design for built-environment projects across the United States. You will guide energy sustainability initiatives, including renewable energy, storage, microgrids, and central plant upgrades, serving hospitals, data centers, and other critical facilities.

You will act as a technical anchor on a multidisciplinary team, driving design excellence, lifecycle cost analysis, and collaboration with clients to deliver

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 5-10 years of experience in electrical engineering and energy systems.
• Strong understanding of NEC and building codes.
• Experience with energy efficiency design engineering.
• Passion for energy efficiency and sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver electrical solutions for major infrastructure projects, including MEP modernizations and central plant upgrades.
• Support lifecycle costing and internal construction cost estimates.
• Oversee third-party consultants to ensure high-quality construction documents.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate design, construction, and operation plans.
• Mentor and grow the engineering team, sharing knowledge and best practices.
