Job summary

Qualifications

• ABET Accredited Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering is required.
• 5–10+ years in electrical distribution planning and design.
• Experience leading projects and mentoring junior staff.
• Experience with electric utilities or cooperatives is preferred.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead distribution planning and design from concept through commissioning.
• Provide technical oversight and mentoring for junior engineers.
• Coordinate studies, protection settings, and system modeling.
• Support client meetings, presentations, and relationship management.
• Contribute to project delivery and technical standards improvements.
