Think Power Solutions is seeking a Distribution Construction Manager to manage on-site field construction for DTE’s Electrical Distribution Operation Project Portfolio in Michigan. The role requires overseeing both overhead and underground electrical distribution systems and ensuring projects meet safety and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in electrical distribution or transmission construction.
• Prior foreman or field leadership experience required.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

• Conduct field inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards.
