Job summary

Think Power Solutions is searching for a Distribution Construction Manager to manage onsite field construction for DTE's electrical distribution projects. This role will ensure that all construction activities are executed according to safety and quality standards while collaborating with diverse teams.

Candidates should have 8–10 years of experience in electrical distribution construction and a strong understanding of safety protocols. Benefits include a 401(k) match, fully paid medical plan, and generous paid leave policies.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in electrical distribution or transmission construction.
• Prior foreman or field leadership experience required.
• DOL Certified Journeyman preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide Field Construction Management services for electric distribution systems.
• Coordinate field construction activities and monitor contractor performance.
• Conduct field inspections and review work for compliance.
• Collaborate with relevant teams on documentation accuracy.
• Lead pre-construction meetings and enforce safety policies.
• Identify construction issues and recommend process improvements.
