Job summary

Quanta Power Solutions is seeking a Senior Electrical Designer to lead electrical design deliverables for complex power generation, renewable energy, BESS, data centers, substations, and transmission projects. You will guide 3D modeling, BIM coordination, and ensure constructible, code-compliant packages for EPC execution.

Qualifications

Associate degree or technical diploma in Electrical Design or related field.
Minimum 5–8 years of electrical design experience.
Experience in EPC, power generation, industrial, utility, or infrastructure projects.
Demonstrated experience working on multidisciplinary design teams.

Responsibilities

Lead development of electrical design deliverables across large EPC projects.
Develop and coordinate SLDs, electrical plans, layouts, and routing drawings.
Coordinate electrical design activities with civil, structural, mechanical, instrumentation, and construction teams.
Provide field support during construction, startup, and commissioning phases.
Mentor and support junior designers and coordinate CAD/BIM workflows.
