You will design electrical, instrument and control drawings, mentor others, and coordinate with engineers and clients to ensure on-time delivery.

Ideal candidates have 8–12 years of experience, strong CAD/3D modeling skills, and familiarity with NEC codes. This is a full-time, on-site role with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Typically has 8–12 years of progressive design experience; 6 years minimum.
• High School diploma or equivalent with CAD courses preferred.
• Strong knowledge of electrical theory and NEC code.

Responsibilities

• Lead advanced electrical design for complex midstream oil and gas projects with limited direction.
• Design electrical, instrument and control drawings; mentor junior drafters.
• Perform advanced 3D modeling using Kahuna tools; attend model reviews.
• Lead electrical design portions of large or multiple projects; coordinate with teams.
• Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure smooth design execution.
• Communicate project details clearly via emails and documentation.
• Prepare drawings for delivery while maintaining security and confidentiality.
