Merrick & Company is seeking a Senior Electrical Designer to design power systems for heavy industrial facilities, Oil, Gas & Chemical projects. The role covers complete electrical designs at drawing level and supports the Project Engineer with drafting and design.

Based in Tulsa, OK, the position requires 8+ years of electrical design and drafting experience, proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit, and U.S. Citizenship.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Minimum 8 years of electrical designing and drafting experience.
• Experience in AutoCAD and Revit.
• U.S. Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Apply knowledge of building systems and NFPA/industry standards in design.
• Coordinate power distribution, lighting, grounding and control systems.
• Provide QC reviews for self-performed designs and those by others.
• Support construction with RFIs, shop drawings, submittals, and field inspections.
