Job summary

CRB is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead architectural building design projects for the life sciences industry. You will direct electrical system design for new builds, including power distribution across multiple voltages, lighting, grounding, and special systems, while collaborating with architects and engineers to deliver constructible solutions.

You will manage complex projects, oversee budgets, and mentor electrical staff while driving quality and client satisfaction from concept

Qualifications

ABET-accredited Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or Engineering Technology.
15+ years of relevant experience in an AEC firm.
Experience leading electrical systems design for complex building projects.

Responsibilities

Direct and execute electrical systems design for advanced building projects.
Lead coordination with architects, engineers, designers and external stakeholders.
Develop narratives, drawings, specs for large-scale projects with minimal oversight.
Provide advanced support for construction activities including RFIs and submittal reviews.
Manage budgets and electrical scope for diverse project sizes.
Mentor junior engineers and designers in advanced electrical design topics.
