Qualifications

• 10+ years in complex hardware design from architecture to production.
• Expertise in high-speed, analog, mixed-signal and RF design.
• Strong PCB design, SI/PI, and hardware bring-up.
• Experience with SPI, I2C, DDR, PCIe, or similar High-speed interfaces.
• Proven leadership and cross-functional influence.

Responsibilities

• Lead PCB architecture, layout, bring-up, and production release.
• Mentor engineers and drive design reviews and DFx.
• Collaborate with systems, FPGA, software, mechanical, and test teams.
• Define requirements, assess risks, and deliver on schedule.
