Job summary

RIM Recruitment Professionals is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to join our Dallas team. This role requires leadership across the full project lifecycle, from concept through construction administration, with extensive experience in multifamily, commercial, and civic/government projects.

The ideal candidate will mentor engineers, promote electrical design standards, and collaborate with architects, project managers, and consultants.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of focused electrical design experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• Strong Autodesk Revit proficiency.
• Experience with multifamily, commercial, and civic/government projects.

Responsibilities

• Analyze project requirements to meet codes and life-safety standards.
• Develop and oversee complex electrical designs for building projects.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project managers.
• Provide senior technical leadership across the project lifecycle.
• Support construction with submittals, RFIs, and design clarifications.
• Mentor engineers and maintain electrical standards.
