You will mentor engineers, enforce standards including NEC and UL508A, manage risks, and collaborate with stakeholders to refine product design while maintaining deep product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in electrical engineering.
• Minimum 3 years in a leadership role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership, setting direction for a team of engineers.
• Ensure adherence to engineering standards and requirements of project specifications
• Coordinate team initiatives and ensure timely delivery of high-quality projects.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs and timely delivery.
• Collaborate with the Design Engineering Manager and business stakeholders to refine and deliver the product design.
• Identify technical risks, propose mitigation strategies, and ensure alignment with longterm product strategy.
• Develop a deep understanding of current products.
• Design, develop, and maintain complex engineering components as needed.
• Additional duties as assigned.
