Job summary

Boeing in Berkeley, MO seeks a Senior Electrical Design & Analysis Engineer to join the BT&E Vehicle Management System team and advance testing for Phantom Works and Fixed-Wing programs.

You will lead hardware/software design activities, mentor engineers, develop test architectures, integrate systems, operate test stations, and ensure designs meet requirements across the product lifecycle; relocation offered where applicable.

Qualifications

• Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance or eligibility required.
• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Aeronautical or related) or equivalent.
• 5+ years of avionics integration, design, or testing experience.
• 3+ years in electrical engineering, test & evaluation, and/or development/use of Special Test Equipment.
• Experience with flight controls systems.
• Experience defining test plans, procedures, and reports to validate performance specifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead major design activities for hardware/software products.
• Mentor junior engineers in design practices and processes; oversee the quality of their work products.
• Develop architectures for test systems.
• Select components for hardware designs and support procurement/fabrication.
• Integrate hardware systems and/or software in test settings.
