Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in design engineering related to switchgear or power generation.
• At least 2 years of leadership experience mentoring design engineers.

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement culture in engineering deliverables.
• Assign customer orders to the engineering staff and oversee deadlines.
• Review drawings and BOM for accuracy and completeness.
• Provide mentorship and training to design engineers.
• Ensure alignment with IEM processes and designs.
