Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in design engineering related to switchgear or similar.

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement culture and enhance engineering quality.
• Ensure engineering outputs meet manufacturing needs.
• Mentor design engineers and ensure adherence to IEM processes.
• Occasional travel for engineering surveys and meetings.
