Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in semiconductor R&D lab environments.

• Ability to develop and document procedures and data reports.

Responsibilities

• Conduct device characterization testing using parameter analyzers and scripting to control equipment.
• Streamline characterization and debugging through automation and data reporting.
• Set up or build custom test hardware and tools as needed.
• Support RMA efforts for field applications and sales teams (I-V tracing, RF testing).
• Collaborate with Industrialization and Silicon Processing Engineers on EPIC products.
