Job summary

You will contribute to complex power system studies, develop designs, and participate in proposals and technical publications while mentoring junior engineers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• 7 years of relevant experience.
• Equivalent directly related experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Develop electrical master plans, power systems, protection and generation models.
• Perform power system studies and calculations, including lighting simulations and layouts.
• Conduct site reviews and revise design criteria based on findings.
• Contribute to knowledge management with technical design documentation and case studies.
• Prepare and submit technical papers for publication.
• Collaborate with sales to develop proposals and ensure alignment with standards.
• Meet with clients to understand design needs and develop technical solutions.
• Attend industry events to strengthen expertise and visibility of services.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff; review and supervise project work.
