The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Senior Electrical Design Engineer to lead electrical systems design across a range of building types and project sizes. This role is remote, but candidates must live in the Midwest area for occasional site visits and local collaboration.

We’ll design and oversee systems including:

• Power Distribution
• Telecommunications / Low Voltage

Key Responsibilities

• Lead electrical design from concept through construction documentation
• Develop detailed drawings, schematics, and system calculations
• Ensure code compliance (NEC, NFPA, and local/state requirements)
• Coordinate with architects, mechanical/plumbing teams, and clients
• Mentor designers and contribute to design standards and best practices

What We’re Looking For
