BSEG is seeking an experienced Electrical Department Lead to join our leadership team. This senior role directs the technical direction, management, and growth of our Electrical Department, mentoring engineers and designers and overseeing project delivery.

The successful candidate will manage key client relationships, participate in business development, coordinate with other disciplines, and help shape the long-term direction of the firm.

Qualifikationen

• 15+ years of experience in electrical engineering for buildings.
• Experience designing and managing electrical building systems.
• Experience mentoring engineers and designers.
• Strong project management skills including budgets and schedules.
• Experience with client relationships and business development.
• Proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Architectural Engineering or related field.
• PE licensure preferred.

Aufgaben

• Provide technical leadership and overall management of the Electrical Department.
• Mentor engineers and designers; set workload priorities.
• Oversee design of building electrical systems (power, lighting, emergency power).
• Perform senior-level QA/QC of designs and documents.
• Serve as Project Manager or senior technical lead on projects.
• Manage client relationships and serve as primary contact.
• Contribute to business development and project opportunities.
• Coordinate electrical work with other engineering disciplines.
• Assist leadership with departmental planning and growth.

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
