Job summary

Solenis LLC is seeking an Equipment Maintenance Associate in Florence, Kentucky. You will install, program, inspect, and maintain electrical devices and control systems to keep production running safely and efficiently.

You will develop preventive maintenance plans, perform emergency repairs, and support packaging ops and prototypes, while upholding GMPs and safety standards across the plant.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7–10+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Ability to read electrical drawings and schematics.
• Proficient in PLC/HMI programming and control systems.

Responsibilities

• Install, program, inspect, troubleshoot, adjust, and maintain electrical devices and controls.
• Develop, perform, and improve preventive maintenance programs.
• Perform emergency repairs to minimize production disruptions.
• Support packaging operations and prototype development.
• Follow GMPs and safety requirements in all activities.
