Job summary

Solenis in Florence, KY is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our onsite team. You will maintain electrical, controls, and networked automation systems critical to production, ensuring safe, reliable operation and adherence to GMP standards.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and equipment improvements, with a focus on safety, TPM, and rapid response to downtime.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7–10+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Strong knowledge of three-phase 480 VAC systems and electrical troubleshooting.
• Ability to read electrical drawings, schematics, diagrams, and technical manuals.
• Ability to read, write, modify PLC and HMI programs.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Install, program, inspect, troubleshoot, adjust, and maintain electrical devices, instrumentation, controls hardware, and related equipment.
• Maintain documentation of electrical controls and programs for all production equipment.
• Troubleshoot Layer 1 and Layer 2 networks and related Ethernet networks.
• Develop and execute preventive maintenance programs to reduce downtime.
• Provide technical support and guidance to maintenance and production personnel.
• Collaborate with maintenance leadership for TPM strategies and equipment improvements.
