ETE REMAN seeks an Electrical Controls Engineer to design automated test systems and wire sensors for the control system. You will create electrical schematics, panel layouts, and instrument setups to support dyno control and high-speed data acquisition.

The role includes PLC/HMI programming, sensor integration, and debugging on the factory floor, ensuring high uptime and rigorous validation of transmissions.

Competenze

• Degree in Electrical, Mechatronics, or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of professional electrical engineering experience, ideally with industrial controls.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD for schematics, wiring diagrams, and panel layouts.
• Strong understanding of sensor principles and signal types; able to wire accordingly.

Mansioni

• Electrical design: create and maintain detailed schematics and panel layouts in AutoCAD.
• Sensor selection and signal wiring to deliver correct signals into PLCs and DAQ systems.
• Error proofing: integrate sensors, barcode scanners, and interlocking logic.
• PLC and HMI programming: develop and debug logic for PLCs and HMIs.
• System troubleshooting: respond to faults, perform root-cause analysis, reduce downtime.
• Vision integration: program and integrate industrial robots and vision systems.
• Commissioning and startup: lead installation, debugging, and runoff of new equipment.
• Collaborate with Product, Manufacturing, Quality, Mechanical Design, and Maintenance teams.
