Aerodyn Engineering is seeking an Electrical Engineer to own the electrical programming and controls for our turbo test cells. You will program Siemens PLCs, design and troubleshoot PC-based data acquisition systems, and select sensors and controls to deliver accurate, repeatable test results for aerospace and industrial customers.

This full-time, first-shift role in Whitestown, IN offers a competitive salary, quarterly bonuses, comprehensive benefits, and paid time off.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent from an accredited program.
• Experience with PLC programming and applicable codes related to electrical/electronic engineering.
• Knowledge of design and calculation software.
• Must be self-directed and deliver under pressure, meeting customer and management deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Program Siemens PLCs for fluid flow testing.
• Design, modify, and troubleshoot PC-based data acquisition systems.
• Select sensors and controls to meet each customer's test requirements.
• Test and calibrate test equipment during customer testing.
• Analyze test data and prepare test result documentation and reports.
• Maintain equipment records and perform required maintenance.
• Estimate costs for equipment repairs and improvements.
