You will design, verify, and install control hardware and software to upgrade existing plant systems, with travel up to 30%. This role emphasizes collaboration across business units, instruction for field verification, and supervision of installation activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent STEM degrees.
• 5+ years of related experience.
• Experience in Electrical design and migration of plant controls.
• Knowledge of plant instrumentation signal varieties and field wiring.
• Experience with electrical control hardware selection and layout.
• AutoCAD or similar experience and expertise.
• Comfortable traveling up to 30%.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now and in the future.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and revise electrical schematic drawings.
• Conduct wire audit and field verification trips at customer sites.
• Design control system hardware to meet customer needs.
• Develop and partition I/O databases.
• Create drawing packages related to installation design solutions.
• Supervise installation sub-contractors at the site during installation and commissioning activities.
• Collaborate with other business units.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects, efficiently.
