Job summary

Crayola Experience is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead a team responsible for the upkeep of attractions, manufacturing equipment and the Crayola Experience facility in Easton, PA. This full-time role includes supervising maintenance and custodial staff, directing vendors, and ensuring safety and compliance.

The position requires strong hands-on leadership, weekend/evening availability, and robust mechanical/electrical skills in a dynamic, family-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in facility, industrial, commercial, attraction, or maintenance.
• Strong experience leading technicians, contractors, or a technical maintenance function.
• Experience reading blueprints necessary.
• Ability to perform manual labor is required to assist with shipments of art materials.
• Must have a good command of the English language, both written and verbal.
• Required to work weekends, evenings and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance of attractions and manufacturing equipment, including routine maintenance.
• Direct custodial maintenance and ensure clean, neat appearance per guidelines.
• Coordinate design, fabrication, and installation with vendors, contractors and fabricators.
• Supervise maintenance technicians, custodial staff, and outside contractors at Crayola Experience.
• Maintain warranty info and arrange repairs under warranty or service agreements.
• Train equipment operators and ensure safe manufacturing practices and minor repairs.
• Support staff with general maintenance tasks and equipment installations.
• Direct supplies/storage management for CE inventories at offsite facilities.
• Monitor operating costs and ensure OSHA compliance.
