Job summary

Elite Executive Solutions is seeking an Electrical Superintendent to oversee electrical subcontractors on greenfield and brownfield data center projects in Phoenix, AZ. This local, non-per diem role targets a field leader with live data center experience and the ability to coordinate trade partners, maintain client confidence, and deliver safe, high-quality installations.

Ideal candidates will have 8–10 years in electrical trade or GC electrical oversight (5+ in supervision), plus experience

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of electrical trade or GC electrical oversight experience; at least 5 years in supervision or superintendent leadership
• Experience in live data centers; large commercial or industrial project experience preferred
• Experience overseeing electrical subcontractors for a non-self-performing GC desired
• Knowledge of high-voltage distribution, backup power, lighting, power, controls, grounding and fire alarm; BMS familiarity helpful
• Scheduling experience with Primavera P6; proficiency with Procore, Buildertrend or similar software and Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Oversee electrical subcontractor installation teams on data center projects valued at $100M+.
• Serve as the primary electrical coordination contact for project managers, clients, trade partners and vendors.
• Coordinate subcontractor schedules, field sequencing and interfaces with other construction disciplines.
• Inspect electrical work for compliance with drawings, specifications, codes and quality requirements.
• Monitor safety practices and reinforce OSHA requirements with subcontractor leadership.
• Track progress, identify delays and coordinate corrective actions with project and field teams.
• Resolve electrical coordination issues with mechanical, structural and civil superintendents.
